Inspections are based on adopted Codes and Standards by the State of Georgia. All inspections are subject to Reimbursables that include accommodations, meals when required, printing costs and supplies.

NOTICE: Effective the beginning of February 2020, there will be a premium fee of $50 an hour for weekend, holiday and evening inspections.

Pre-Joint Commission (JCO) Inspections
Fee: $150 per hour minimum 3 hours and a one-way trip charge. Fees are adjustable when a 3 year contract is entered into.

Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Inspections
Fee: $150 per hour minimum 3 hours and a one-way trip charge. Fees are adjustable when a 3 year contract is entered into.

Grease Duct Light Test
The State Fire Marshall's Office is currently not accepting a third party light test of Grease Duct.
We offer a pre-acceptance light test for projects under the authority of the State Fire Marshall's Office.
Grease Duct Light Test. Fee: $100 an hour, minimum 1 hour, plus a one-way trip charge.

Healthcare
AAAHC - Accreditation Association For Ambulatory Health Care, INC

Plan Review
To determine the proper device placement.
Fee: $200 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Must provide reflective ceiling, ceiling design and room use plans
