Plans Review

Modifications, changes and/or additions to the proposed scope of work or plans must be submitted to and approved by the Building Official and the Fire Marshal. Approval for this plan review and/or permit application does not relieve the owner, designer, tenant, or contractor of responsibility to comply with any requirements, codes and/or ordinances, of applicable Federal, State or local regulations or standards and should NOT be considered a warrranty or guarantee.
