JCO - Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation Company
One way trip charge - Time between locations based on the hourly rate. This can be included in the minimum charge.
Pre-lease Inspection - An inspection conducted to determine if a building will meet the requirements for the selected business.
Public Assemblies - Buildings that have an occupant load greater than 50 persons (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, movie theaters, etc).
